At PulseOwl, we take security seriously and welcome reports from the community to help keep our systems and customers safe.

Reporting a Vulnerability

• Email [email protected] with details of the issue.
• Include enough information to help us reproduce and validate the vulnerability.

Guidelines for Researchers

• Make every effort to avoid privacy violations, destruction of data, or interruption of service.
• Do not exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate its existence.
• Allow us a reasonable time to remediate (we ask for 90 days) before public disclosure.

Our Commitment

• We will acknowledge your report as quickly as possible.
• We will keep you informed of progress and provide an estimated remediation timeline.
• If desired, we may give credit for valid findings once resolved.

Safe Harbor

If you follow these guidelines in good faith, we will not initiate legal action against you for your research.
